Christmas Baby???

This morning I had another checkup and it looks like I was right, Leah will most likely be here very soon! The doctor said that I am 1cm dilated, 70% effaced and that Leah is -2 station. For you mom's out there you know what that all means, for everyone else, basically it means that things are moving along well and she is getting ready for her big arrival. Actually, as soon as she started the exam she said "woah! there she is!". It's crazy to think that she was actually touching Leah's little head! They scheduled me for another check up next Tuesday but the doctor's last words were "if you deliver before then, then obviously you don't have to come to that appointment." She said that she thinks I may go into labor within the next week or so and that I definitely won't be making it to the due date of January 6th. Although it's completely a guess, she thinks Leah may be around 6lbs. Poor Josh has his last final tomorrow evening but he is too excited to study! He wants me to go into labor now! Here are some pictures that he took today after coming home from the appointment. I was surprised at how interested he was in taking these photos- many of the poses were his idea! We are both so excited and can't wait to share more good news with all of you! Stay tuned....
