The other day I had a headache and Leah said to me "But it's okay because I'm here. If you're in trouble I'll help you. I'll never leave you. sometimes I don't feel good too." She said all that with her little hand on my shoulder. So sweet!! I told her thank you and said how sweet she is and she replied "yeah I came from Jesus."
Today I took her to the weekly "health and nature" outdoor kids class at the community center. It's super cute, they teach them about bugs and animals and the environment and healthy eating. There is storytime, a craft, physical activity and a healthy snack. We really enjoy it! Today Leah was waiting in line to do the obstacle course and she was hopping up and down from excitement and she kept telling all the kids "this is gonna be amazing!" And after making a caterpillar craft she looked at the one the little boy next to her made and she said to him "that's awesome!"
Next week "Trapper Dave" will be bringing some friends...fun?
